This strategy has come into being as a direct result of the Jersey Enterprise’s recently piloted High Growth Programme. C5 Alliance was one of only four businesses on the Island selected for this programme which consisted of a two day strategic workshop, determining action plans and clear success criteria for continued and accelerated growth.
Managing Director of C5 Alliance, Mark Loane, commented, "We have experienced unprecedented growth over the last three years and were looking to maintain this business momentum. The High Growth Programme enabled us to explore future possibilities and clearly see a path forward. We are now translating this vision into reality.
Our rebrand conveys the restructuring of the company into five distinct yet complementary divisions, and the way in which we form alliances with both client companies and partnering organisations when tackling business critical technical projects.
Our five refined business divisions concentrate upon business process efficiency, competitive advantage solutions, infrastructure and network resilience, managed services and customised technical training. We have also developed a technical academy to attract, nurture and retain emerging technical talent locally, giving C5 Alliance and other Island companies a qualified and experienced resource pool to draw from in future.
We are geared for additional growth locally and have already started taking progressive steps to expand into new European jurisdictions."
C5 Alliance delivers advanced technical solutions to financial institutions, legal firms and government based Offshore. Examples of work include worldwide infrastructure migrations through to the design and continued development of Internet banking applications. The company is the most certified Microsoft Gold Partner in the Channel Islands and is one of only twenty UK companies invited by Microsoft to contribute and present at the UK SharePoint Architects forum held quarterly at Microsoft.
