Malcolm specialises in the design, implementation, upgrade and support of SharePoint and FAST Search infrastructures for government, legal, financial and regulatory organisations.
He joined C5 Alliance in October 2008 following 12 years working within the IT department at the States of Jersey and has been working with Microsoft SharePoint technologies since 2006 and FAST Search since 2009.
Background
Prior to moving to Jersey, he completed an Electronic Engineering apprenticeship with the Ministry of Defence and then went on to work on a number of Strategic Weapon System projects.
In 1996, Malcolm joined the States of Jersey as an IT trainee and by 2000 had been given responsibility for the design, maintenance and management of the government websites and intranet. In 2007, he designed and implemented their MOSS 2007 infrastructure that is still in operation.
