A fully hosted SAN architecture with VoIP telephony was designed and commissioned to lay the foundations for these future proofed business systems. The core components of which consist of a client centric portal, integrated with a structured customer relationship management (CRM) system. This approach enables a single client view administered through the Outlook interface, as well as providing a fully integrated data repository and Document management system, thereby maximising the effectiveness of this customer focussed business.
