Matt Tabb is Chief Marketing Officer for BDO Jersey and sister technology business C5 Alliance, leading the Group’s marketing strategy across the Channel Islands and beyond.

With a focus on clear positioning and measurable commercial outcomes, Matt brings a practical, hands‑on approach to promoting and strengthening our multi‑disciplinary proposition and our deep sector expertise.

After working closely with the Board and Practices as a consultant for two years, Matt joined the business full‑time in January 2026. In that time he helped the business take a step change in its approach - bringing insight, energy and momentum to campaign planning, brand storytelling and go‑to‑market execution.

In his role, Matt partners with the Group Board, Practice Leads, Business Development and Account Management to align marketing with revenue goals, showcase client impact and accelerate pipeline growth. He champions integrated campaigns, thought leadership and case‑study evidence to build confidence with clients selecting a strategic partner - ensuring the BDO and C5 brands show up consistently and credibly across every touchpoint.

A passionate, creative and collaborative senior leader, Matt is known for strong interpersonal communication and a “lead‑from‑the‑front” style. He has a proven track record of driving profitable growth through effective strategic planning, process improvement, professional sales leadership and people development - always believing that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.
