Vega integrates with our HR systems to provide a seamless, chat-based interface for staff to access information, complete tasks, and receive support which frees up the HR team to provide 1:1 time on more complex issues. Its advanced AI capabilities allow it to interpret the intent behind queries and provide accurate, relevant responses, improving both efficiency and service quality.
This innovation has not only enhanced productivity and improved employee engagement but also created new business opportunities, as similar digital assistants are now being implemented in external organisations, contributing to our business growth.
