C5 Alliance Invests in Customer Experience with New Generation Website and Branding

C5 Alliance continues to enhance and develop its client-first focus with the launch of a fresh new website and brand image, as well as ongoing development of the ‘new generation’ of IT leaders in 2017.

The new website has been designed with clarity, understanding and a better user experience as the key motivations. C5 Alliance has achieved this by streamlining the presentation of information, offering case studies of previous projects alongside their services to encourage a greater depth of understanding for users. The new ‘Innovation’ section also increases awareness of the company’s commitment to putting Jersey businesses at the forefront of technology innovation, providing information on emerging technologies and new opportunities such as FinTech, MedTech, Augmented and Virtual Reality, RegTech and the Internet of Things.

As well as focusing on clients, the modernisation project aims to attract and cultivate new digital talent on the Island. The artwork and imagery has been carefully chosen to reflect the organisation’s friendly internal culture, while communicating the C5 Alliance values: Be Original, Be Entrepreneurial, Be Collaborative, Be Positive, and Have an Impact.

The website was created through a collaboration of several local digital professionals. Senior Designer at Marcom, Tharindu Elkin designed the branding, with further design development and user experience consultancy undertaken by C5 Alliance Consultant, Noel Mallet, and the web development implemented by digital agency, Switch.
