Our consultant Jack O’Connor joined C5 Alliance in 2017. Jack has an extensive background in web and application development which he has gained through working on innovative client projects and his own freelance work. He also has a passion for process automation and scripting which tie directly in with his current role delivering benefit to clients by improving task efficiency and risk management.
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic Jack has been working closely with our clients to help their employees successfully adopt remote and more flexible working patterns. This has positively impacted the way in which organisations operate and the technology they now use to maintain productivity and accelerate digital transformation.
With 10 Microsoft qualifications and his speciality in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, application packaging and operating system deployment (OSD), Jack has the skills to support clients with their remote device configuration management. He also works closely with the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) for smaller clients and for its Configuration Manager integration for delivering powerful and advanced task sequences.
