Harold Baker

Harold works as an Operations Shift Leader managing teams of four people on a 24×7 shift pattern.  Some of his primary tasks include monitoring and troubleshooting of server equipment, acting as a point of contact for clients regarding IT issues and queries out-of-hours, also receiving, logging and managing calls within the C5 systems.

It is this love for investigating and fixing problems that have enabled him to constantly learn new things, because as they say, “A day without learning is a day wasted”.
