Michael De Sousa

Before joining C5 Alliance, Michael worked at B&Q as a Customer Advisor. His current role is on the Jersey Operations team as a Service Operations Shift Leader.

Michael’s main duties include working 24x7x365 to monitor client environments, providing support and continuity. He is responsible for the monitoring and troubleshooting of server equipment, acting as a point of contact for clients and also receiving, logging and managing calls within the C5 Alliance systems. His duties also include managing and directing a team of 4.

Michael is passionate about the development of technology and how it can be used to develop business capabilities.

Fun-fact: Michael enjoys swimming and achieved a number of swimming certificates as a child.
