    Monthly Billing

    There are no up-front licensing costs unlike Enterprise Agreements or Open License Agreements, and you are not required to pay on a credit card on the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider programme. Each month C5 Alliance will invoice you for the previous month’s usage. This enables easy, convenient billing for you and your team.

    We have seen flexibility as one of the biggest benefits to customers. You only pay for what you want or use and are only billed on license usage. Microsoft New Commerce Experience

Changes to subscriptions – what you need to know

Previously, the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider programme offered both monthly and annual subscriptions. Customers could also choose to pay monthly or annually. With NCE (New Commerce Experience), customers have the same subscription and payment options with a few important changes.

Price increase for monthly subscriptions

A 20% price increase from Microsoft will be applied for monthly subscriptions. However, promotions will be offered January through June 2022, which match the legacy annual term price.

Enforced cancellation policy

With NCE, Microsoft enforces a 72-hour window to cancel subscriptions. If subscriptions are not cancelled within 72 hours, clients will pay for the remainder of the entire subscription term.

Seat reduction policy change

For a client to reduce seats, a subscription must be modified in the newly enforced 72-hour window. Clients are still able to increase seats and upgrade subscriptions after this 72-hour window.
