Andrew has many years’ experience supporting clients, both technically and in a service management role; including government departments, large banks, and a range of small and medium businesses.
Andrew started his IT career over 30 years ago creating knowledge-based systems and acting as the regional technical lead for a national project to implement a Project Management and Works Programme application for BT in England.
He has designed, implemented and supported a range of IT systems and infrastructures including one of the largest in the Channel Islands and a C5’s Platform as a Service offering.
Andrew has considerable experience in implementing and supporting Operational and Technical IT Services in line with the ITIL (Technology Infrastructure Library) framework.
Andrew is responsible for the technical design and support of an IT infrastructure supporting over 10,000 users across over 40 sites, and for the implementation of the technical requirements to ensure C5 IT Services (Jersey) maintain compliant with ISO 270001 Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
