Joe is the Head of Service Desk & Operations , Joe’s role forms part of the well-established IT Services Team which provides Managed Service support across the Channel Islands.
His key responsibilities include: function owner for Operations & Service Desk, managing the transition of new clients into Managed Services, maintaining processes and procedures which are compliant with ISO27001 & ISO20000-1 standards and client service management.
Joe started his career within the Operations team at entry-level, and it is his passion and clear ability that led him to be promoted to Operations Manager in 2013. Joe has continued his progression within C5 Alliance and in 2017 became the Head of Operations and Service Desk. Since his promotion, Joe has maintained his focus not only on his own development, but that of his whole team. Together with the Service Operations Manager & the Service Desk Manager he has created a diverse and efficient team that provides our clients with excellent around the clock support.

Fun fact: Joe attended the greatest day in Portugal’s history – the final of Euro 2016. (If you want to know more I’m sure he’ll be happy to talk to you about it).
