Mark McLachlan

Mark joined C5 Alliance in 2017 as the Service Delivery Manager and is responsible for validating that ITIL aligned processes are in place and to oversee the delivery of services to C5 Alliance’s customer base. He works across the company business functions in order to maintain the high level of service performance which we deliver.

Mark has worked in the IT industry since 2000, and in this time he has developed a strong ITIL process and technology-driven skill set.  He is currently working towards his qualification as an ITIL Expert.

Having worked within the Legal, Fiduciary and Banking industries, this has given Mark a solid platform for understanding the requirements and business processes for successful and collaborative working practice.

Fun Fact: Mark score a goal in the FA Cup 5th Round against the then Republic of Ireland goalkeeper, Gerry Peyton in front of 12,500 fans! (He was AFC Bournemouth’s team mascot!)
