Simon is the Deputy Chief Operating Office for C5.
Simon has been a Management Consultant for over ten years, following a career as an Army Officer and a full-time MBA at Warwick Business School. He has had diverse industry exposure to Defence, Finance and Facilities Management, amongst others.
Simon has been running business projects for over fifteen years, but also has interests in Business Analysis and Business Intelligence, particularly the visual communication of data and information. Simon returned to the islands in 2014 to work with C5 Alliance and bring his experience back to Guernsey.
Simon can help guide clients in any part of the business change process. He can advise on or manage individual change efforts, Projects or Programmes. In addition, he can help a business manage its Portfolio of change and the associated resources and risks, helping to ensure alignment with wider business strategy.
In Simon’s experience, the biggest factor holding back people is their ability to effectively use the tools they already have at their disposal. Simon is passionate about helping people use these tools and technology effectively.
Fun fact: Simon worked for the Royal family during the year of the Diamond Jubilee and London Olympics in 2012.
