Cloud specialist appointments strengthen C5 Alliance

C5 Alliance, which forms part of BDO in Jersey, creating the Channel Islands’ largest advisory and technology solutions provider, is continuing to invest in its people and grow its team with three new appointments in Guernsey.

These appointments reflect the growing demand from clients to progress their digital transformation strategies and move towards secure Cloud solutions.

Zac Mohiuddin has been appointed as a Senior Cloud and Infrastructure Consultant, Gavin Lanoe as a Cloud and Infrastructure Consultant and Dean Fitton joins the Sales Team as a Senior Accounts Manager.

Zac Mohiuddin

Zac Mohiuddin has over 18 years’ experience in business transformation, and infrastructure. He has worked across several different industries including banking, finance, consultancy, telecoms, and pharmaceuticals.

Zac is highly experienced in Citrix, Microsoft Office 365, Wintel, Azure, HP, Dell, and IBM. He brings a wealth of knowledge through the multiple certifications he holds; these include CCA Citrix, MCSE Microsoft and Azure Cloud.

Zac is passionate about optimising processes and delivery to improve customer value. In his new role, Zac will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions to meet the organisational needs of C5’s clients whether they require a private, public or hybrid cloud solution.

Zac will help customers securely navigate these transitions using C5’s proven methodologies and migration plans which proactively manage risk and reduce business disruption.

Gavin Lanoe

Gavin Lanoe has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years and holds multiple Microsoft and HPE certifications, including Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 and HPE Proliant Server Foundation. Gavin re-joins C5 after spending several years working within the public sector.

Gavin’s role will include the scope, design, support and maintenance of systems and services for C5’s clients.

He will ensure C5 is delivering reliable products with cutting edge technology, allowing clients to meet their goals in reliability, productivity, security, and cost.

Dean Fitton

Dean Fitton started his career in the financial services sector before setting up his own financial solutions brokerage. Dean then moved on to selling software as a service (SaaS) which sparked his passion for technology.

Dean has a strong background in business, enabling him to provide valuable day-to-day support and insights to C5’s clients.

He will diligently capture business requirements and co-ordinate with C5’s technical delivery teams (covering data, application development, cloud and infrastructure and managed services) to deliver tailored solutions in line with best practices.
