Commercial Review for a bank-owned trust company
We built an integrated commercial data repository for a bank-owned trust company and conducted a deep review of recoveries, utilisation, and pricing, combined with and operational practice review across time recording and billing.
We combined the optimisation of recoveries, billing and pricing, system configuration changes, our RM behaviour training which resulted in a 15% revenue uplift in 18 months, and a much greater increase to EBITDA margin.
Commercial model optimisation for a medium-sized trust company
Using the trust company’s data and a cross jurisdictional programme, we addressed suboptimal pricing, income leakage and operational issues across the business.
This led to a £2m+ benefit in revenues when combined with a programme to optimise NavOne configuration.
Matters resolved include fixing a skipped WIP issue in the finance team of £700k and an entire redesign of time recording codes and related processes.
