Cindy Jacobs is a Management Professional with over 15 years’ IT industry experience. She specialises in people management, IT governance, process development and service management.
Her role leading C5 Alliance’s Technical Managed Services Team requires her to have an in-depth understanding of each customer environment to ensure her team structure, deliver and maintain the right level of service every time.
As an Accountable Executive for various clients, Cindy is able to expand her knowledge and skills by being able to strategize and plan with Business owners. Her strong relationships allow Managed Services Jersey to go beyond the traditional client-supplier relationship and form strategic partnerships.
Cindy has extensive experience of managing customer service. She places great emphasis on open communication, putting perpetual process and service quality improvement as the foundations of strong, sustainable relationships. As a Managed Services Director, Cindy’s responsibilities include IT Services strategy planning and execution, budget control and ensuring all customer contractual obligations are fulfilled.
Cindy’s passion has always been in management and people development. She understands that having a strong, motivated team strengthens the opportunities for the division. In a changing IT landscape, Cindy maintains the right skills within her teams by ensuring that each individual is progressing and developing through training, skills development, coaching, knowledge transfer programmes and relevant experience.
Fun fact: Cindy is a keen baker. Her recent bakes have included a chocolate and skittles cake and chocolate mud pie, complete with icing pigs, and Kit Kat fencing.
