John Gamble is Director of Professional Services and specialises in helping organisations understand, model and transform performance through the more effective use of data. John has an extensive background in the Business Intelligence and Analytics sector of IT working with clients worldwide for over 20 years.
John is an experienced BI Systems Architect and Strategist who moved to Jersey in 2007 and established Altius CI in 2008. In his Technical Architect role, John is responsible for analysing business requirements, assessing source platform capabilities and designing and delivering innovative, effective and pragmatic business intelligence solutions.
John is an expert in the Microsoft Business Intelligence technology stack. Since 2007, he has predominately worked within the offshore finance industry, prior to which he was assigned to oil and gas projects within BP.
Fun fact: In the first half of the year, John donates what little spare time his children allow him to organising the Jersey Football Marathon for TackleAfrica – an HIV/AIDS awareness charity that operates in Sub-Saharan Africa.
