We can apply a managed patching service on an agreed scheduled basis with advance notification sent to your organisation. After applying updates we ensure critical and important services and processes are running on the updated systems, following agreed incident and escalation processes if any fail. We can also report on applied and missing updates.
We can also manage Microsoft ‘Critical’ and ‘Security’ updates monthly in line with the Microsoft release schedule and your working hours. These can be scheduled in line with business requirements and out of hours to ensure uptime for the business is maximised.
We can work with you to understand the server categorisation, risk and criticality and plan a patching schedule within agreed maintenance windows.
