Downtime to an organisation’s operation during periods of unforeseen disruption has been widely proven to negatively impact on revenues, leading to the potential loss of business and possible reputational damage.
We are committed to supporting our clients with their business continuity planning and recognise that every business is different. We work hard to ensure that should an unplanned incident happen, our clients are prepared and there is minimal disruption to their business.
Disaster Recovery Suites
To enhance the client experience, we have invested significantly in refurbishing our clients’ disaster recovery suites. Our facilities are ready-to-go office suites containing all the resources required by an organisation to efficiently maintain critical activities during a time of crisis. These can include boardrooms, breakout areas and kitchen facilities.
We provide our clients with bespoke business continuity solutions and always do so in accordance with their risk management parameters. We are fully certified with The Business Continuity Institute, an independent global organisation that provides the latest and best practice industry guidelines.
Our clients can benefit from a 24x7x365 on site operations team, always available to assist with an invocation and we have on call IT consultants to provide additional assistance. Our disaster recovery centres have resilient power backup generators and communication links.
We strongly adhere to ITIL best practices and in 2018 recertified our ISO27001 security accreditation and ISO20000 managed service accreditation.
All our sites are monitored 24x7x365 by CCTV. The CCTV records on motion and the recordings are stored for a minimum of 6 weeks.
Our disaster recovery centre is accessible all year round with full operational capabilities, meaning our clients can access their suite whenever they need to.
The suites can include breakout areas and kitchen facilities.
